Refund policy

At AMRAT NAATH JEWELLERS, we take pride in delivering quality jewellery products. To maintain hygiene, authenticity, and quality standards, returns and exchanges are governed strictly by the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges shall be considered only if:

The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, OR

An incorrect item was delivered.

Additionally:

The issue must be reported via email within 3 days of delivery.

A clear, continuous, un-cut and un-edited 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin by showing the sealed courier package with shipping label and continue until the defect is clearly visible.

The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery shall not be entertained.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind or product not liked.

Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.

Natural handmade finishing variations.

Silver Tarnishing: 925 Silver naturally oxidizes or darkens over time. This is a normal chemical reaction and not a manufacturing defect.

Customized, resized, engraved, or specially made jewellery.

Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers.

3. Approval & Reverse Shipping Process

Step 1 – Request:
Email your Order ID and unboxing video to:

Step 2 – Review:
Our team will review the claim within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – Self Shipping:
If approved, the customer must ship the product back within 3 working days using a reliable courier service.

Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

At our sole discretion, we may provide a gift voucher (maximum ₹80 per product) as partial shipping reimbursement.

The company shall not be responsible for any damage, delay, or loss during reverse transit.

4. Refund & Settlement Terms

No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash or bank refunds in normal circumstances.

Approved returns will be settled via:

Product Exchange (subject to stock availability), OR

Store Credit / Gift Voucher equal to the product value.

Exception: A monetary refund will only be processed if:

The product is verified as defective, AND

A replacement is unavailable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the courier package appears tampered, open, or physically damaged at the time of delivery:

Do NOT accept the parcel.

Take a clear photograph of the package.

Notify us immediately via email or phone.

Once a visibly damaged parcel is accepted by the customer, the company may not be able to claim courier insurance, and replacement may not be possible.

6. Legal Compliance & Fair Usage

This policy is framed in accordance with:

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

We honor genuine claims made within the prescribed timeline.
However, submission of fabricated, edited, or misleading evidence, or raising false claims, may result in rejection of the request and restriction of future services.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
