1. Acceptance & Eligibility

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Product Representation & Variations

We deal in Gold, Silver (including 925 Sterling Silver), and Silver-Plated Jewellery.

As our jewellery is handcrafted, minor variations in weight (±5%), polish, stone placement, finishing, or detailing may occur.

Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Product colors may slightly differ due to screen resolution and display settings.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in precious metal market rates.

The price applicable at the time of order confirmation shall be final.

GST, shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable taxes may be charged separately unless otherwise specified.

Orders will be processed only after successful receipt of full payment.

The company shall not be responsible for failed transactions due to banking or payment gateway issues.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Customized jewellery may require 7–30 working days depending on design complexity.

Production begins only after payment confirmation.

Once production has started, cancellation or modification is not permitted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and conditions are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

Customized, engraved, altered-size, or special-order items are generally non-refundable unless found to have a verified manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including:

Brand name

Logo

Jewellery designs

Product photographs

Text, graphics, and layout

are the exclusive property of AMRAT NAATH JEWELLERS.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

In no event shall the company’s total liability exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
