AMRAT NAATH JEWELLERS is committed to delivering jewellery products safely and within reasonable timelines. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Products
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Customized / Made-to-Order Jewellery
Standard customized or made-to-order jewellery requires 7–15 business days for crafting and quality inspection.
Premium, heavy, handcrafted, or exclusive designs may require up to 30 business days depending on design complexity and finishing requirements.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Processing time refers only to preparation and manufacturing time and is separate from delivery time.
2. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders
Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures.
All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to:
Public holidays or festive seasons
Natural events or force majeure
Government regulations
Customs clearance procedures
Courier operational delays
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.
Promotional free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly displayed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges must be paid for re-dispatch.
4. Tracking & Delivery Conditions
Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (if provided).
Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
For security purposes, most shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address details at the time of ordering.
5. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
Import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and clearance charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
We have no control over and cannot predict such charges.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, torn, or tampered:
Do NOT accept the parcel.
Take clear photographs immediately.
Report the issue to amratnaathjewellers@gmail.com
on the same day.
Once a visibly damaged parcel is accepted, our liability may be limited.
7. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to the courier partner.
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order, shipping and return-handling costs may be deducted from any eligible store credit.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability, if any, arising from shipping-related issues shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Strikes or transport disruptions
Pandemic-related restrictions
Government regulations
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under this Shipping Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
